The Anderson Group Real Estate is searching for a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to be the first point of contact for clients and help convert leads into appointments. Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads and follow up consistently to set qualified appointments for our agents
Outbound call, text, and email leads from our database and marketing channels
Manage client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
Maintain accurate records of conversations and pipeline progress in our CRM
Master scripts, objection handling, and follow-up strategies to maximize conversions
Qualification
Required
Sales, customer service, or call center experience
A strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and stay persistent without being pushy
Highly organized with the discipline to follow up consistently
Desire to build a career in real estate
