Responsibilities

Collaborate with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to define and document requirements for:
Data centers, backend servers, and networking solutions
Hardware setups, including racks and system configurations
Support backend server administration and connectivity planning
Assist in setting up directory permissions and managing file transfer protocols
Understand and document how network traffic flows and how proxies are leveraged
Translate technical needs into clear business requirements and functional specifications
Participate in testing and validation of solutions; basic scripting for automation and troubleshooting
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
Maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and standards

Qualification

Network fundamentalsData center operationsShell scriptingFile transfer protocolsBackend server administrationInterest in infrastructureCommunication skillsDocumentation skills

Required

Strong understanding of network fundamentals, traffic flow, and proxy usage
Familiarity with data center operations, hardware requirements, and system connections
Basic knowledge of shell scripting (e.g., Bash) and ability to work with CLI tools (command line interface)
Experience with file transfer protocols and directory permission management
Exposure to backend server administration
Ability to gather and translate technical requirements into actionable deliverables
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Interest in learning and growing within infrastructure and engineering domains

Preferred

Hands-on experience with bash scripting and automation
Some development or testing experience
Knowledge of hardware configuration and rack setup
Familiarity with networking tools and troubleshooting techniques
