They are seeking a strategic sales leader to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for North America, aiming to drive significant growth and build a high-performing sales organization.

Responsibilities
Own the GTM Strategy: Develop and execute the complete regional including alignment with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Sales Engineering, and Sr. Leadership
Build a World-Class Team: Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization (currently ~10 sellers). Be a talent magnet who can attract, hire, and develop top-tier sales professionals
Drive Operational Excellence: Efficient pipeline management, pinpoint forecast accuracy, and instill rigorous deal qualification (e.g., MEDDPICC) across the team
Be a Cross-Functional Partner: Act as the voice of the customer to Product. Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, CS, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience from first-touch to renewal
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B SaaS Leadership: A clear track record as a 2nd-line (or higher) sales leader in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
"Scaler" Mentality: You have built and scaled GTM teams before both on the strategy and the people side
Operational Rigor: You are data-driven. You communicate well, understand pipeline analytics, and use data to build a predictable, scalable sales model
Executive Presence: You build trust with C-level customers and internal stakeholders instantly
A "Human-First" Driver: You balance a culture of high performance and accountability with empathy and conviction. You inspire your team to win
