Lincoln Land Community College is seeking a visionary Program Director of Agriculture Programming to lead the future of agriculture education. The director will provide strategic leadership and direction for the agriculture programming, ensuring program growth, curriculum alignment, and strong partnerships with local schools and industries.

Required

Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field

Experience in program leadership, curriculum development, and working with agriculture or horticulture industries

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check

In-person interviews for this position are anticipated to begin February 2 with a start date in June

Candidates selected for an interview will be asked to perform a brief 15-20 minute presentation
