Principal Research Scientist
The University of Texas at Arlington - School of Social Work is seeking a Principal Research Scientist to lead scientific operations of the antibody discovery program. The role involves designing and executing high-throughput screening campaigns, collaborating with partners, and applying AI-driven modeling and bioinformatics tools.

Responsibilities
Lead scientific operations of the antibody discovery program using the Beacon Discovery Platform
Design and execute high-throughput screening campaigns for therapeutic antibody candidates
Collaborate with academic and industry partners on contract research and feasibility studies
Apply AI-driven modeling and bioinformatics tools to optimize antibody selection and development
Mentor junior researchers and contribute to workforce training initiatives
Prepare and present scientific findings through publications, conferences, and webinars
Support scale-up and translational efforts
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Masters of Science in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related field
Three (3) years of hands-on experience in antibody discovery, protein engineering, or immunotherapeutics
Preferred
PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related field
Five (5) years of hands-on experience in antibody discovery, protein engineering, or immunotherapeutics
Experience with computational modeling and AI-driven antibody development
