Customer Care Associate
AptDeco is a company focused on providing seamless furniture buying and selling experiences for customers. The Customer Care Associate will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, coordinating logistics, and providing feedback to improve operations.

Responsibilities
Support our users with fast, efficient service and inspiring a growing user base to share the AptDeco experience
Respond to emails and support user issues promptly ensuring that upset users turn into passionate evangelists
Coordinate logistics between buyers and sellers
Provide feedback to our Engineering and Operations Teams to streamline processes and support in scaling a vibrant business
Support in identifying new ways to get the AptDeco experience in front of new users
Be responsible for other ad hoc projects that come up during the year
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, analytic, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience in a customer service or technical support environment with a strong desire to help people
Excellent time management skills and self-motivation. You follow through on tasks and don't get overwhelmed easily
Creative problem solving experience. You have the ability to stay solutions-oriented when presented with a challenge
Familiarity with G Suite apps
Preferred
Previous experience working at a startup is a plus
