Responsibilities
Develop and implement solutions within the Infor CloudSuite Industrial system, including configurations, reporting, integrations, and security protocols
Analyze business requirements to design system solutions that meet performance, security, and functionality needs
Participate in design reviews and ensure solutions are developed according to specifications
Conduct thorough testing, including unit, system, integration, and user acceptance tests, to ensure quality and compliance
Create deployment packages and manage the rollout of solutions to target environments, adhering to segregation of duties
Provide Tier 3 support for system-related issues, troubleshooting complex problems and maintaining optimal system performance
Deliver training, user guides, and documentation to ensure proper usage and understanding of system functionalities
Perform regular system updates, patches, and monitoring to maintain data integrity and reliability
Collaborate across teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, such as system optimizations and process enhancements
Travel to company sites as required to support system implementations and provide on-site assistance
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) and related technologies
Proficiency in system administration, Mongoose development, API integrations, and workflow creation
Expertise in reporting tools such as Infor Data Views, Data Lake, and IDOs, with strong knowledge of underlying data structures
Experience in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, SQL Server, and Power BI
Solid understanding of web development using JavaScript, jQuery, and web services/APIs
Familiarity with business processes in areas such as finance, manufacturing, and purchasing
Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and structured deployments across environments
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
