Make & Model Marketing is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns for automotive dealership clients. The role involves executing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms while collaborating with internal teams to meet client goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
Provide ongoing recommendations for budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign enhancements
Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices through continual learning
Collaborate with internal teams to manage the workflow of creative assets and ensure campaigns meet brand, compliance, and co-op guidelines
Effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, meeting timelines and maintaining attention to detail across all projects

Required

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Deep working knowledge of paid search platforms, including campaign types, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and performance optimization
Minimum 2–3 years of experience analyzing paid media performance using Google Analytics and other reporting platforms
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Strong understanding of paid search KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, etc.) and how to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and collaborate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Preferred

Experience in a client-facing role is preferred, but not required
