Retirement Plan Manager
Sierra Executive Solutions, Inc. is a 3rd party search firm recruiting for a reputable financial services company seeking a Retirement Plan / 401(k) Advisor. The role involves driving new business, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional service to ensure competitive and compliant retirement plans for clients.
Responsibilities
Drive new business by identifying and securing 401(k) opportunities
Lead the RFP process, conduct plan analysis, and present tailored proposals
Provide exceptional service to existing clients, ensuring plans stay competitive and compliant
Host engaging enrollment and annual trustee meetings
Support participants with rollovers, retirement accounts, and early-stage financial planning
Collaborate with our planning team, leveraging tools and resources to enhance client outcomes
Manage client relationships using CRM and wealth planning software
Facilitate investment and insurance product sales when appropriate
Oversee plan performance reviews and keep clients informed year-round
Qualification
Required
Nevada Life & Health Insurance License
FINRA Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) and Series 6
Clean U4
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
