This role involves using inferential statistics and social science research methods to conduct studies, analyze people data, and provide insights to business leaders for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities
Use inferential statistics and social science research methods to conduct internal studies for business leaders, enabling them to make data-informed decisions about their people
Run analyses with people data, write reports that weave insights together into a compelling narrative, and develop visualizations for an executive audience
Work on a range of people analytics projects related to recruiting and talent assessment, development, management, and retention
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or higher
At least three years of relevant work experience analyzing data in a business setting
Proficiency managing and analyzing data using scripting languages such as Python or R
A demonstrated foundation in statistics
A willingness to dive into details, collaborate effectively, and drive projects to completion
Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information
Preferred
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Intermediate SQL skills
Experience in social science research methods
Interest in generative AI and a desire to use it to improve and reimagine tools, workflows, and deliverables
People analytics experience
