Responsibilities
Ensure proper resources within the organization are available to the client and introduce new products through other core business groups, where appropriate
Be outstanding at relationship building
Provide exceptional customer service
Work directly with clients. Review and Process renewals; update all necessary items in management system and send to client as needed
Maintain records according to Agency standards, ensure that procedures are properly followed, and that information is properly document and readily accessible
Work directly with Producers to provide necessary client documents, checklists, and proposals
Use support tools (electronic tasks and expiration/renewal reports) to maintain an organized and effective workstation
Document sales and prospecting information
Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up to date skills
Qualification
Required
Energetic full-time producer with an out-going personality
Excellent drive and appreciation for professionalism
Ability to build outstanding relationships
Provide exceptional customer service
Work directly with clients
Review and process renewals
Update all necessary items in management system and send to client as needed
Maintain records according to Agency standards
Ensure that procedures are properly followed
Document sales and prospecting information
Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up to date skills
Possess or able to obtain Life & Health Insurance License within 6-12 months of employment
Preferred
1 to 3 years experiences as a Producer or similar
