Fall 2026 Co-op – Maintenance & Engineering
Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is a leading beverage company in North America, and they are seeking a Fall 2026 Co-op in Maintenance and Engineering. This role offers hands-on experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment, supporting various teams and contributing to initiatives across Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Operations, and Planning.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Mechanics, Operations and Engineering Teams
Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improving machine efficiency and performance
Gain hand on experience with maintenance operational process, including Inventory Control and Preventative Maintenance
Support change management through best practice sharing and standard work documentation
Gain knowledge in executing operational plans and projects, including DMS (Daily Management Systems) for day-to-day operations, new equipment startups, and innovative product qualifications
Assist with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation and Lean activities, including participation in Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events and developing, implementing and improving autonomous and preventive maintenance workstreams
Support daily manufacturing operations to deliver targeted safety, quality, production, and cost results
Prepare standard reports/documentation to communicate results to all levels including senior management
Undertake and successfully complete simple or basic project development tasks to include any of the following: writing and/or verifying specifications, maintaining product/process documentation, testing processes, equipment, raw materials and product, and validating equipment and processes
Be a contributor to problem solving, cost reduction, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
Recommend methods for improving efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities
Collect and calculate savings data on improvement projects
Balance work priorities to meet the day-to-day requirements of the plant business teams
Qualification
Required
Permanent right to work in the United States
Preferred
Technical Tools: SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, SolidWorks or other CAD software
Automation & Controls: PLC Ladder Logic
Process Improvement: Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies
Systems Integration: Experience with system or data integration
