MDa Studios is a design firm rooted in the Bay Region Tradition, focusing on modern residential design with an emphasis on sustainable building strategies. They are seeking a junior designer to prepare design and construction documents, assist project teams, and contribute to marketing materials and proposals.

Responsibilities
The junior designer will prepare design and construction documents under supervision and provide support to project teams across all project phases
Responsibilities include developing design sketches, layouts, and details in coordination with consultants and other disciplines
The designer may also assist with the preparation of marketing materials and proposals
Qualification
Required
Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required
2–4 years of post-graduate professional experience
Ability to work independently and work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
Creative problem-solving abilities with a developing intuition for the firm's design approach
Self-motivated with a strong interest in professional development
Proficiency in Revit required
Preferred
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp preferred
Comfortable in a dog-friendly office environment
