Responsibilities
Hold an active Property & Casualty license; Life, Accident & Health license preferred
Solicit and write new business within the assigned specialty (Personal Lines, Life, or Commercial)
Work closely with the agent and/or operations manager to recommend appropriate coverage
Conduct field underwriting and rating for new accounts
Stay informed about new products, programs, and company initiatives
Actively solicit expiration dates from new clients and prospects
Follow up on open quotes to convert prospects into clients
Meet production goals set by the agent or District Manager
Maintain accurate monthly sales records and provide reports as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

No prior insurance experience required —training is provided
