Develop an undergraduate course in Developmental Psychology
Work closely with an academic dean and learning experience designer to advise on and develop curricula

Qualification

Advanced degree in psychologyDevelopmental psychologyOnline teaching best practicesGenerative AI toolsClarity in writingCommitment to environmental focusOrganizational skillsTime management skillsEffective communication

Required

An advanced degree (Master's minimum) in psychology and experience in the application of developmental psychology concepts to real-world problems
Specific expertise in the sub-field of developmental psychology
Knowledge of best practices for teaching psychology concepts online
Willingness to embrace the potential of generative AI tools to improve learning and/or workplace performance
Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and associated software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately
Ability to write student-facing instructions with clarity
Personal commitment to the environmental focus and mission of the University

Preferred

Experience with online teaching and/or distance learners is desirable
