Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in engineering, specifically in backend development
Proficiency in Python
Experience with PostgreSQL
Ability to design and ship agentic AI systems
Experience in building reliable, production-grade AI workflows
Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex, messy real-world tasks
Willingness to work closely with users and iterate quickly
Desire to shape core product architecture and influence agent behavior
