Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Small Commercial / Select Business Unit
Manage vendor certificates and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required
Proven experience as a Commercial Lines CSR or assistant, with a strong understanding of vendor certificates
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
Excellent communication and client service skills, with a responsive and professional demeanor
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Preferred
Proficiency in Applied Epic software is highly preferred
