Responsibilities

Define project scope, develop roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with client/brand goals

Design immersive environments, sets, and interactive elements; specify A/V, lighting, and tech needs

Create budgets, track expenses, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with suppliers/vendors

Lead internal production, creative, and marketing teams, as well as external labor (staff, crew)

Oversee load-in, show flow, execution, and load-out, ensuring quality and adherence to standards

Serve as primary contact, communicate updates, manage expectations, and integrate sponsors

Support sales team on site visits and job pricing; manage sub-vendor procurement and interaction

Supervise installation and dismantle of stage sets and trade show booths; manage on-site labor (Non-Union and Union)

Prepare cash spending reports, track expenses, support invoice reconciliation, and assist with HR onboarding and payroll for seasonal staff

Act as key point of contact for internal communication; collaborate with FOH/BOH teams to streamline workflows
