Responsibilities

Lead and provide strategic direction on litigation and appellate matters

Serve as lead appellate counsel in both federal and state trial and appellate courts

Oversee all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial, and appeal

Draft and argue complex motions at the trial and appellate court levels

Represent clients in court for hearings, trials, and appellate arguments

Manage and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

Supervise case progress, ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met

Maintain effective communication with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel
