Engage with stakeholders, Premier members, and Capitol Hill offices
Support policy communications functions
Implement strategies for ongoing PAC and grassroots recruitment and engagement

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex content and adapt to various audiences
Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Previous experience in healthcare, business, or policy
Demonstrated interest in healthcare performance improvement
Demonstrated capability to lead and show value from their efforts
Obtaining bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration, business, political science, journalism, etc
Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
Be adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Operate computer programs and software
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or the public)
Making independent decisions
Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions
