Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end users in support of hardware, software, peripherals, and network infrastructure

Build and deploy Apple and Windows 11 PC computers with associated configurations

Inventory, image, and maintain asset records for inventory. Prepare laptops for donation and disposal

Maintain and enforce corporate hardware and software policies

Queue into online helpdesk ticketing system, to create, track progress and status, resolve and close tickets

Attend regular staff meetings to report on tasks and progress

Act as a resource for all employees regarding technical IT questions and training

Backup for IT staff

Required

Education: High School (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred

Ability to collaboratively work in a fast-paced team environment, with a large global customer base

Possesses skills within Microsoft 11; MacOS, and Office 365 suite

Outstanding customer service skills and rapport

Physical dexterity to handle laptops, desktops, and monitors
