Responsibilities
Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols

Basic plumbing repairs
Flooring installation and repairs
Basic electrical repairs
Painting
Communicate with Lead Service Tech/Field Service Supervisor on a regular basis
Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure all tickets are signed prior to leaving location
Maintain safe, efficient and quality service while on client locations
Promote quality assurance to clients
Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Ability to prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols

Painting
Communicate with Lead Service Tech/Field Service Supervisor on a regular basis

Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned
Ability and willingness to travel as required by EnerStar
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
Medical fitness to handle physically demanding tasks and work in varying environmental conditions
Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind)
Willingness and ability to properly wear and utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as required
Carpentry skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Active listener; responds in professional manner
Ability to be on call
Ability to work nights and weekends if needed
Ability to run electronic software, including but not limited to smart phones, computers, metering devices, etc
