Use mobile apps for scheduling and job tracking
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in handyman, maintenance, or related trades preferred
Must carry general liability insurance ($1M min) and personal vehicle insurance
Reliable vehicle and personal tools
Ability to use ServiceTitan on phone or tablet (we'll train you)
Must pass a background check prior to employment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Preferred
General carpentry, drywall repair, painting, light plumbing and electrical, and fixture installations
Ability to troubleshoot home maintenance issues and recommend solutions
Strong communication and reliability
