Inside Sales Coordinator
PERMA-PIPE is a global leader in engineered piping solutions, and they are seeking a dependable and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will prepare material and labor take-offs, convert them into accurate project estimates, and support External Sales Representatives by developing compliant proposals.

Responsibilities
Gather necessary project information (internal and external) for preparation of estimates
Review design options / project specifications and perform take offs
Read blueprints and specifications to create estimates for projects
Generate project estimates, develop proposals, and obtain appropriate internal approvals for proposals
Provide target margin expectations in line with company policies
Develop technical and application knowledge on all company product lines
Respond to inbound calls and e-mail traffic - No cold calling
Performs other duties/ projects as assigned or as required by the position
Qualification
Required
Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
Results-driven and self-motivated
Comfortable conducting business over the phone
Articulate and well spoken, strong communicator
Good math skills and the ability to learn technical product applications
Must be proficient in MS office applications
Work independently within a team
Basic Mechanical blueprint reading
Ability to learn/apply basic engineering concepts
Preferred
Previous Inside Sales or Estimating experience
