Basata is rethinking the way healthcare practices get work done with AI-powered tools that automate tasks. The Medical Assistant - AI Operations Associate will work directly with new clinic customers to ensure a smooth transition to these tools and provide ongoing support to clinic staff.

Responsibilities

Partner with new specialty clinics to understand and learn their unique workflows and work on them with minimal training

Perform front-office and back-office administrative tasks at speciality clinics

Conduct onsite training sessions and provide ongoing support to clinic staff on effectively utilizing Basata's tools and functionalities

Gather feedback from clinics and collaborate with the product team to continuously improve Basata's offerings

Maintain clear and concise documentation of implemented workflows and processes

Travel to various clinic locations throughout the country (travel arrangements provided)

Assist clinics with knowledge transfer, IT set up of necessary technical logistics and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems
