Responsibilities
Serve as District IT Specialist responsible for System Administration planning, coordination, modification, implementation, and troubleshooting to support District customer needs
Develop standard problem resolution methods and procedures for use in problem resolution databases
Conduct system administration (SA) studies and recommends necessary IT action pertinent Division/District SA support
Provide interpretations of higher authority regulations and guidance concerning IT system activities/services and coordinate with higher-level USAGE levels concerning the resolution of problem areas encountered
Execute staff direction, operational coordination and review regarding IT policy and planning issues of subordinate offices
Qualification
Required

In accordance with DoD 8570.01-M dated 19 Dec 05, C3.2.4.1.1.2. The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain Information Assurance Technical level II certifications
Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain at least one computing environment certification (ex: HDI Technical Support Professional, A+ or Network+) within six months
