Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative commercial strategies that align with the Sonata One's goals and values
Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and investors to expand our network and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of business initiatives
Operate and communicate in a structured manner, with all activity captured in our CRM system (Hubspot)
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments, integrating insights into our market approach
Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and learning, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize commercial outcomes
Qualification
Required
A track record of driving commercial success, achieving growth targets, and fostering lasting connections in the financial private markets sector
Working knowledge of the GP/LP investor journey. A successful candidate will have working knowledge of KYC, Subscription, Tax and Transfer Agency
Deep understanding of financial markets, products, and industry dynamics and the ability to reach out to connections instantly
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively
Ability to work at pace – we are a growing business that demands revenue delivery on an ongoing basis, not sporadic. You will be able to build and manage a diverse pipeline of opportunity size
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field is nice to have
