Responsibilities
Own procurement and collaborate on source-to-pay (S2P) systems, partnering closely with system administrators and cross-functional teams to support integrated platforms (e.g., Zip, NetSuite, Ironclad, Ramp, Navan or similar)
Design and implement systems and workflows that grow with the company while maintaining operational excellence
Identify opportunities to reduce spend without compromising on quality or reliability
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT and department leaders to align source to pay (S2P) systems and processes to support business needs
Leverage procurement software and data analytics to improve decision-making and transparency
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting (spend, compliance, cycle time and supplier metrics) for Finance, Sourcing and department leaders
Reduce cycle times and lead effective rollouts of new policies and tools
Own change management, training, documentation, and communication strategies to drive adoption and long-term success
Support forecasting, accruals, and enhanced spend visibility
Provide guidance, roadmap and solutions for source-to-pay (S2P) operations and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years in procurement operations, including 5+ years leading teams, preferably in a high-growth environment
Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing procurement and end-to-end source-to-pay (S2P) platforms, with deep knowledge of system functionality, configuration, operations, and compliance, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions
Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders while managing and optimizing external vendor and technology partnerships to drive business outcomes, efficiency, and scale
You love building systems that make work more efficient and scalable
Comfortable using analytics to guide decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement
Clear, persuasive, and effective at engaging executives, stakeholders, and team members across all levels
Preferred
Experience in fast-growing or tech-forward companies
Familiarity with procurement software and automation tools like Zip
Experience with Accounts Payable and Travel
