Develop and maintain clean, testable code for assigned projects
Resolve system and client experience impacts across various applications and platforms
Mentor and train junior engineers to foster growth and development
Stay updated with industry trends in banking and technology
Ensure adherence to information security standards in coding practices
Evaluate and test emerging technologies during the selection process
Utilize technical documentation and project artifacts effectively in code development
Follow established standards and best practices diligently
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related fields or equivalent experience
Proficiency in relational databases and SQL programming logic
Strong understanding of .Net, C#, and SQL – Oracle languages
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Preferred
Experience in supporting commercial lending processes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
Familiarity with Agile software development methodology
Experience with geographically diverse teams, JIRA, and Git lab
