Responsibilities
Create action plans to resolving complex customer inquiries or issues
Oversee timely and accurate premium application
Manage multiple competing priorities
Develop relationships with customers and build partnerships across business units
Coordinate with internal partners to offer solutions and alternatives to assist customers
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Experience handling pressure situations with professionalism and tact
Demonstrated math problem solving skills, including attention to detail, analytical thinking and decisiveness
Bachelor's Degree or related business experience of 2+ years
Preferred
Prior billing experience including reconciliations and payroll processing
Experience working directly with customers to resolve issues
Experience with insurance/financial systems
Advanced knowledge of Excel
