Must have received an invitation from Human Resources to complete this application
Must have been directed by a university representative to complete this application
Must be pursuing a student teaching or internship in areas such as Counseling, Social Work or Speech/Language Pathology
Must work with an approved Guilford County Schools mentor
Must assume responsibility for the instruction, implementation, leadership or management of an area based on the candidate's anticipated licensure area in teacher education
The student teaching or internship must be a part of a College or University's curriculum required for licensure by the State of North Carolina
The student teaching or internship experience must be credit and grade earning as required by the College or University
