Test Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
Manages activities related to test engineering including staffing, scheduling, coordinating, and planning
Organizes and coordinates various sections of engineering
Plans and establishes engineering schedules and checks actual performance data against estimates
Recommends new policies or procedures as necessary
Manages assembly of cost control and statistical data and the development of material selection standards
Approves process specification and design standards
Prepares and controls departmental annual budget
Administers personnel functions, including recruiting, review and approval of job descriptions and salary classifications, and selection and placement of personnel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Ten (10) years of prior experience in a similar role
DoD 8570 Level II/II certification required
Active Security Clearance Required
