Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Integrations Developer to develop and maintain complex integrations across the Oracle HCM ecosystem. The role involves technical design and coding for mission-critical data flows, ensuring accuracy, security, and scalability.

Education Management

Responsibilities

Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits, finance, compliance)
Query and optimize Oracle HCM tables and metadata; ensure referential integrity across HR, benefits, and time data
Develop high-quality code using PL/SQL, SQL, and scripting languages (Python, Java) for transformations, validations, and automation
Build interfaces using HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) or similar middleware
Implement REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP/file-based transfers, and secure integration patterns (OAuth, certificates)
Optimize queries and batch processes for large-scale HCM data operations
Enforce data privacy (PII), SOX controls, and audit readiness
Instrument integrations with logging and alerts; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
Create technical specs, mappings, and runbooks; maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines
Work closely with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams; mentor junior developers

Required

7+ years of experience developing Oracle HCM integrations in enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and underlying data structures
Advanced PL/SQL/SQL and experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher
Proven experience with OIC or similar middleware and API development
Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and secure secrets management
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote, distributed team
