Generating cost estimates and reviewing self-pay balances
Assisting patients in applying for Trinity Health’s financial assistance program, government aid, and other financial resources
Managing delinquent accounts and coordinating with collection agencies
Ensuring compliance with hospital policies regarding financial transactions
