Responsibilities
Answers and manages inbound calls promptly and professionally
Gather and/or verify information to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Demonstrates highest standards of personal and professional integrity, providing a positive customer experience while adhering to company’s policies and procedures, and complies with applicable laws, government rules and regulations
Sorts, distributes, and manages incoming mail
Enters, updates, maintains and files investor-related data in company systems ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive investor information
Researches and processes undeliverable mail and email
Researches outstanding investor checks
Prepares outgoing mail, including creating FedEx/UPS shipping labels
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent professional knowledge and/or work experience
Minimum of two years in customer service or administrative support, preferably in financial services, investments or real estate industries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Keyboarding skills, at least 35 WPM
