Director of Luxury Client Development
Watson Style Group is a full-service personal styling firm serving clients coast-to-coast, and they are seeking a Director of Luxury Client Development. This role focuses on growing the elite client base, developing strategic partnerships, and converting qualified leads into high-value styling clients while maintaining the sophistication expected of a luxury brand.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of UHNW prospects through referrals, introductions, and discreet outreach
Lead consultative sales conversations, uncovering lifestyle needs and presenting White Glove styling services as bespoke, high-value solutions
Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with wealth advisors, luxury concierge services, private clubs, family offices, luxury brands, real estate professionals, and private client firms
Represent Watson Style Group at high-profile industry events, galas, and exclusive networking functions
Maintain meticulous CRM records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline progression
Collaborate closely with the CEO and Styling Team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
Stay attuned to fashion, luxury, and UHNW consumer trends to inform strategy and communication
Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals
Qualification
Required
Applicants must reside in IL, CA, or NY
5+ years of experience selling services to UHNW individuals or equivalent (e.g., luxury travel, wealth management, concierge services, couture fashion, private education, etc.)
Highly polished, articulate, and exceptionally discreet, with a deep understanding of the tone and pace required when working with affluent, high-profile individuals
Well-connected in UHNW circles or highly skilled at developing trust-based relationships within exclusive communities
Self-directed and proactive, you create your own pipeline and thrive in entrepreneurial environments
Collaborative and strategic, you understand the power of long-term relationships over transactional selling
Able to travel as needed for in-person events or client development opportunities
