Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT organization, including managers, administrators, support staff, and outsourced partners
Own the enterprise IT roadmap and drive modernization aligned with current best practices
Oversee networks, systems, cybersecurity, end user support, and core IT operations
Establish and enforce IT standards, policies, and procedures
Manage vendor relationships and outsourced service providers
Partner closely with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives
Prepare and present IT strategy, risks, and initiatives to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
Evaluate and implement changes to technology, processes, and organizational structure as required
Ensure a strong security posture, risk management, and operational resiliency
Support a geographically distributed, multi location environment
Qualification
Required
Banking Industry Required
Proven people leadership with the authority and confidence to drive change
Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills for Board level engagement
Ability to balance immediate operational involvement with long term strategic leadership
Comfortable operating within a relatively flat organizational structure
Broad IT leadership experience across infrastructure, systems, security, and end user support
Track record of leading teams through modernization and change
Strong technical foundation paired with polished executive communication skills
Motivated by the opportunity to build, mature, and lead an enterprise IT function
Preferred
Experience operating in regulated or highly operational environments is a plus
