IT Infrastructure Support Specialist
BigBear.ai is a leading provider of AI-powered decision intelligence solutions for national security, supply chain management, and digital identity. They are seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure systems, providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems in a 24x7 Operations Center environment.

Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure systems including servers, storage, and network components
Provide Tier 2 support for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems in a 24x7 Operations Center environment
Support customers reporting issues with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) services, attribute services, authorization services, and entitlement services
Document technical procedures and maintain configuration management
Use JIRA for ticket management and provide support via email, chat, and phone
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field plus 7 years of relevant experience
Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly
Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), and Entitlements Management
Knowledge of LDAP directories, SQL, and RESTful services
Experience with ticket tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Redmine, SNOW)
Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to solve difficult problems independently
Preferred
Experience with UNIX systems preferred
