Transition Manager

As a Transition Manager, you will lead and support organizational and operational transitions, focusing on change management and data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency in product and service distribution.

Responsibilities
Lead transition and change management initiatives supporting demand, inventory, purchasing, and delivery planning
Develop, execute, and report on detailed plans to support profitability, customer coverage, and inventory goals
Analyze large data sets and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Gather, audit, and validate data related to demand and inventory plans to ensure accuracy and reliability
Prepare clear data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that support effective decision-making
Develop and publish recurring reports to keep management informed on progress, risks, and outcomes
Support organizational transformation efforts, including ways of working, cultural change, and workforce planning initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and alignment across the organization
Act as a change champion, helping teams adopt new processes, tools, and operating models
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
(Alternatives accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Master's + 4 yrs; Associate's + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs relevant experience)
Minimum 5+ years of directly relevant experience in transition management, change management, or operational planning
Experience supporting organizational transformation and culture change within large enterprises
Strong analytical skills with experience in demand planning, inventory management, and reporting
Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into clear recommendations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with workforce planning is a plus
