Responsibilities
Seek opportunities to provide an exceptional experience
Ensure that customers receive courteous and efficient service
Greet customers in a friendly manner and obtain vehicle information
Provide updates on vehicle status, concerns, warranties, maintenance and repairs
Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and procedures
Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
Review individual CSI, sales and production metrics daily
Set goals for individual performance and seek opportunities to improve
Drive business through training and high-level involvement in operations
Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems for customers and the department
Qualification
Required
Must possess exceptional customer service and organizational skills
Capable of paying attention to details while multi-tasking
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Strong desire to set and achieve goals
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
Average to advanced computer skills
Valid in-state driver's license
High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior work experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
