Responsibilities
This position will support the firm’s Labor and Employment Group, which consists of attorneys who focus 100 percent of their practice on labor and employment defense
Managing case documents
Coordinating filings and deadlines
Assisting with discovery
Preparing materials for hearings, trials, or transactions
Handle research, organize evidence, communicate with clients and courts, and help keep matters moving efficiently
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Litigation experience
Labor & Employment experience
E-discovery, trial prep, and legal research skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree a plus
Paralegal Certificate a plus
