Manage the design process from concept through production

Market research and seasonal concept development

Creates sketches

Work with licensors to send concepts and ensure follow-up

Manage licensor forecasts

Develop fabrications, colors, prints and trims

Create tech packs for development and production

Work cross-functionally with technical designers on development and fittings

Work with production on approvals

Adhere to the T&A calendar and production deadlines

Assist Accounting team on royalty reporting and SKU verification
