Responsibilities
Lead brand-level financial planning including annual operating plans, forecasts, and long-range strategic plans
Own full P&L modeling including revenue, trade, A&P, COGS, and margins
Identify risks and opportunities and build action plans
Evaluate and optimize marketing investments to maximize ROI
Build innovation business cases and support stage‑gate processes
Partner with RGM on pricing, pack architecture, and promotional strategy
Deliver monthly brand performance reviews and financial reporting
Translate consumer KPIs into financial insights
Communicate insights to senior leaders and influence decisions
Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with financial controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred
7-10 years of experience in Brand Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance within consumer products
Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Strong understanding of omni‑channel dynamics and digital marketing metrics
Excellent communication and influencing skills

Experience in Health & Wellness, supplements, nutrition, or personal care preferred
