Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner working towards the alignment of employee-related initiatives, field operations leadership, and overall company objectives
Work closely with Field Supervisors, Superintendents, Production Managers, and Operations roles to ensure crews are staffed, trained, and equipped to meet project and branch specific demands
Act as an employee champion for the Field workforce and serve as a bridge between field teams and office leadership to ensure clear and consistent communication, support, and guidance
HR-related duties will include, but are not limited to, recruiting, employee relations, employee engagement, training and development, project staffing/site access, and contract compliance

Required

5+ years of experience in construction, field operations, workforce leadership roles
Strong understanding of jobsite dynamics, skilled trades, and construction workflows
Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to build strong partnerships across reporting relationships
Solution oriented and/or Solution minded
Customer service skills and ability to be flexible
Strong communication and listening skills, and excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills
Ability to effectively multitask and drive multiple priorities at the same time
