Responsibilities
Assembling channel letter components
Installing and securing LED lighting systems
Operating precision shop machinery and hand tools
Working with metals, plastics, and sign substrates
Reading and following layouts, plans, and instructions
Keeping materials organized and workspaces clean
Collaborating with teammates to meet quality and production goals
Qualification
Required
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to read instructions and follow plans
Strong attention to detail and precision
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Preferred
Experience in sign manufacturing or fabrication
Familiarity with shop machinery and hand tools
LED wiring or electrical assembly experience
