They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of territory account managers, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue while managing the regional budget and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Strategic planning: Develop and implement regional sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets

Sales management: Set, monitor, and manage sales quotas and performance for individual representatives and the region as a whole

Team leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance

Performance analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges

Budget management: Manage the regional sales budget, including forecasting and reporting on sales activity

Client relations: Maintain and build relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align regional goals with company objectives

Reporting: Report on regional sales performance to senior management, such as directors or vice presidents
