They are seeking a Parts Logistic Technician Intern to gain hands-on experience in managing and organizing heavy equipment parts, including parts ordering, retrieval, delivery, and organization.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing parts in accordance with company guidelines
Coordinate parts retrieval and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate distribution
Aid in maintaining an organized and efficient parts storage system
Data entry: Create, update, and manage computer records of parts' details, movements, and usage
Help the logistics team in forecasting parts needs, optimizing stock levels, and minimizing downtime
Comply with all safety rules and regulations during all work operations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in logistics management or related field
Proficiency in computer skills, especially in inventory management software
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively within a team, display initiative, and maintain a positive attitude
Physically fit and capable of handling heavy parts when necessary
Preferred
Basic knowledge of heavy equipment parts
