Responsibilities
Supporting sourcing efforts for legal roles by identifying and engaging candidates through events, job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
Screening inbound applicants for qualifications and role alignment
Coordinating interviews, managing scheduling logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams
Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
Maintaining and updating candidate pipelines and recruiting systems
Contributing to a positive candidate experience by being responsive and professional throughout the process
Assisting in tracking recruiting metrics and preparing reports
Representing Norm Ai with professionalism and enthusiasm, supporting employer brand initiatives
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcer, or TA Specialist
Proven ability to attract top talent across legal or technical teams
Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm for building processes from scratch
Strong prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail when tracking candidates and updating ATS/CRM systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience hiring in AI, Legal, or LegalTech
Experience with interview scheduling and calendar management
Background at an early-stage, venture-backed startup
Familiarity with Ashby
