SENIOR HELP DESK TECHNICIAN

They are seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician to provide advanced Tier I/II support and technical leadership for IT environments supporting USASMDC missions, ensuring continuity of operations in classified and operationally sensitive environments.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier I/II technical support for end-user systems
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows-based hardware and software
Support thin clients, zero clients, printers, and peripherals
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution
Apply system configurations in compliance with STIG requirements
Qualification
Required
Secret clearance (required)
Advanced DoD 8140 certification as applicable
Experience supporting DoD IT environments
8+ years of experience providing Tier II/III IT support
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
