Lead IT Architect

Responsibilities
Architect, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 tenants for GCCH and commercial environments, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and organizational objectives
Establish and enforce governance policies and operational standards for regulated environments, with particular attention to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information), and FedRAMP requirements
Maintain compliance with U.S. government regulations, including DFARS, CJIS, and other applicable frameworks for GCCH environments
Lead the adoption, integration, and lifecycle management of Microsoft Copilot, driving AI-powered productivity and collaboration across the enterprise
Define and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for the evolution of Microsoft Copilot agents, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with AI and agentic governance frameworks
Monitor tenant health, performance, and usage, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and compliant handling of sensitive data, including ITAR and CUI
Provide subject matter expertise on Microsoft 365, GCCH, and AI governance to stakeholders and leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 architect or in a similar role, with direct responsibility for tenant-level administration
5 plus years of overall tenant administration experience, including at least 3 years in Microsoft 365 GCCH tenant administration
Extensive knowledge deploying and maintaining Microsoft Copilot in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of U.S. government compliance frameworks (DFARS, CJIS, etc.), ITAR, CUI, FedRAMP, and AI governance requirements as they pertain to GCCH environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
U.S. Citizenship (due to contractual and regulatory requirements)
Preferred
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving compliance and AI governance standards
